I just moved my website to Ghost! Get updates delivered to your inbox and support my work

Greetings all,
I've been running this blog on and off since 2013. Years ago, it went through its WordPress phase. More recently, it existed thanks to a static site generator. And now I'm excited to announce its new home: Ghost. After blogging last week about how Ghost is cheaper and less-fashy than Substack, the publishing platform had been on my mind. So I decided to take the plunge myself.
For the first time, you can subscribe to my blog as a newsletter to get my posts emailed directly to you! If you subscribe, you can post comments too. (There's still an RSS feed too.)
If you like my work and want to support it, you can also sign up as a Supporter for $5 a month. (I only need two Supporters for my new Ghost hosting to pay for itself, at least until I hit my first 500 email subscribers.) At the moment I don't have any plans to paywall anything – everything I post will be public. Some day I might change that.
I enjoy writing, but I've been writing doing it a lot less since it stopped being my job last year. I think this change will be a good incentive for me to get back to it.
To start with, I'm thinking of spending some time digging through, and writing about, the Paramilitary Leaks: over 200 gigabytes of chat logs and recordings from groups like American Patriots Three Percent (APIII) and the Oath Keepers, all collected by the brave infiltrator John Williams. So if you want to stay updated, subscribe to my newsletter!
